Source- Real News Antigua: A woman’s purchase of building aggregates from an All Saints Road supplier mysteriously disappeared after an unknown person
collected them on her behalf.
Reports say the Lower Pasture woman reported to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) that she had purchased some items from the hardware store on January 13; and, on her return on January 25 to collect them, they had already been picked up by an
unknown person.
Reportedly she spent $228 for the supplies and was given a receipt.
However, on her return to purchase some blocks and collect the other items she had paid for earlier, she received the shocking news.
Her goods reportedly had been picked up by a truck, C17259, and the driver apparently had been able to collect them without having the physical receipt.
Allegedly he showed a copy of the receipt on his phone. Investigations into this unusual report continue.

Seems like an inside job, need to check their dept cameras to ensure no staff wasn’t taking pictures of customers receipts. Because that would mean they took the photo and send it to the pick up guy… Or maybe someone close to her did it. I hope she was able to receive her items. Companies should release items directly to the person that purchased it and have their name registered, so when they are picking up they provide their IDENTIFICATION cards.
