Prime Minister Gaston Browne has joined the debate involving Democratic National Alliance candidate Chaneil Imhoff.

The candidate for St Peter says she has been the subject of political violence at the hands of two candidates of the United Progressive Party.

This is how the Prime Minister responded when Imhoff appeared on his radio programme over the weekend.

  1. I’m so happy the Prime Minister gave a fair response on the matter. I did not find any depth in her comments during the radio programme. She claimed she never spoke up when attacks were meted out to Maria Browne and Samantha Marshall because she had other things going on in her personal life but she had the time to be on Twitter making comments? She couldn’t even be honest and say she’s just responding (as she has a right to) simply because she felt personally attacked. However, in hopes of raising up a group of angry people she tries to make it into a women’s issue when it wasn’t. I don’t know, but it seems like she could not defend her personal life (I do agree she does not have to address these things publicly) which is fine so it’s best if she left it like that and not send out a press release. You have a lot of maturing to do, Chaneil.
