  2. Of course many governments invest in pensions Prime Minister, but many of these investors diversify their vast portfolios, and do not place such large singular sum of money (like EC 75 Million in Jolly Beach) into one entity or organisation.

    Come on Browne, who are you trying to fool?

    If this was your own stocks and shares portfolio, you would NEVER invest such a huge lump sum into ONE single company – you well an’ know that!

    So stop trying to hoodwink Antiguans with your JACTATIONS and foolishness.

  8. Yes Mr Browne, we all know that, but you also stop short in educating the people that also, every investment is a risk.. So stop the foolishness, talking like you are speaking to second graders.

    Your job is to put the smart people in place to make sure those investments are as sure as possible, where the bottom is not going to fall out.

    Investing in a volatile market as the current tourist sector and failed hotel in Jolly Beach is not wise, and that’s all the citizens are warning against.

    This is not the Alpha Nero free money that you are risking here, it’s the people’s hard working money.

    And for the record I’m going to ask this question again..why didn’t you invest that free money in this Jolly Beach project, why didn’t you?

    It would have been a perfectly smart move to do that with that free $40mil US that you fought so hard for. After all, you said you did it to benefit the Antiguan people. This was a perfect opportunity Gatson Browne.

    So what happened to that money?

  9. All Security schemes in the world do it because most of those systems are people that review 100 times any offers and diversify investments. In this case is just a bold move to just go for ONE. Just ONE without presenting a proper Return Plan of that investment. How people can trust to give such sum of money to do something in a place that have a lot of financial issues before. This isn’t investment, this is just to build a building. That isn’t a Investments, that is to grab a money that is needed to justify the stealing of it…If you tell me that SS have 75 millions EC right now ready to invest, the first thing is this Funds need to be split in no less of 5 types of different investment.
