
Kelton Mich Dalso has been called to the Bar in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, St. Lucia Circuit, in Castries, its capital, on 14 April 2026.
This call qualifies Mr. Dalso to practice law in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) pursuant to the revised Treaty of Chaguaramas, which establishes the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME)—of which Antigua and Barbuda is a signatory.
According to The Times (United Kingdom), recently published 28 November 2025, Mr. Dalso was among the individuals called to the Bar in England and Wales, held at Michaelmas Call and reception at Gray’s Inn, London.

He obtained his LLB (Hons) in August 2020, and thereafter completed the Bar Training Course at the University of the West of England (UWE), graduating with merit.

Mr. Dalso is also a certified mediator, arbitrator, and advanced negotiator.
His wife and two of his sons were present to witness this historic and momentous ceremony.
