So why they didnt leave the children with ebook what a waste.oh my our poor children.
The very first question that comes to my mind, is whether those e-books are in working order.
I honestly cannot fathom any teacher, principal, or government minister giving the go ahead to dump good e-books
With respect to the physical books, I would love to know if the books were damaged, or outdated, or something….
Then again, math is math, you can’t say a book is completely outdated, unless the newer edition explains math concepts easier, or introduces children to a concept at an earlier stage in the course.
But there are a few questions that need to be answered here
Look ah money!!…..I’m on my way.
That is the legacy of the minister of happiness and his top dawg.
This is a very irresponsible act and should be seriously condemned. Electronic products should not be dumped like that in the environment. The battery and other components that involve some chemicals can have a very long lasting and deleterious effect on the environment. The Ministry of the Environment needs to address this situation forthwith.
Chups …… what nex
Just sad. Sad Sad Sad
What a waste of taxpayers money. I cant wait to hear the reason for this from an official.
Looks like children can learn just as much in a dump as in school these days
Thanks for making the video. Hope you also salvaged as much as you could so someone could benefit
Such a waste of mkney reminds me of the Wadadli Power Can’t and the Can’t Park at East Bus Station🥺🥺🥺
True so true, only that this is reality, but your ‘Wadadli Power Can’t and Can’t Park at East Bus Station’ is the figment of your imagination.
Really now Crazy Annie why don’t we take a trip to East Bus Station and see the Can’t Park such a waste of money then we will take a tour of the defunk Wadali Power Can’t. As me say such a waste like these books🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Simply put, it’s PPM – Piss Poor Management!
🥺🥺🥺🥺
Who made money from this deal? We need answers.
Economic (poor money management) house
The discarded ebooks had passed their time? When were these acquired and what were their life spans; 1, 2, 3, 4 years?
@diamond Bullshit! Unless these ebooks were originally purchased used at 5 or 6 years old, there is NO WAY you are telling me that and Acer ebook has a span of 1 year??? 12 months .. the cheapest Walmart ebook can still last 7 or 8 years .. so please.
Antiguans don’t have anyone trained in updating and maintaining ANYTHING. So once somethings are outdated, instead of maintenance, they throw
Them out.
It’s the same thing with any kind of equipment donated. Once the hospital or anywhere get donated equipment and machines, they let them run down and discards and beg new ones .
Antigua just don’t have the resources for such waste. Before you spend 76 million, you think about the benefits and the return. We just don’t have that type of money to put into equipments that have such short lifespan. After the initial use, the ebooks should be donated to community projects where young children could learn something. This break my heart. Micheal just received two doctorate. One in idiocy and the other in stupidity. Now he is Minister of happiness because Gaston feels threatened. Two big idiots.
Shameful in every respect! What a colossal waste of taxpayers’ money! Someone, and we all know who, should be made to pay back the State. Education clearly was not his forte!
