Reports say that three men invaded the home of the 87-year-old Swetes man, beat him up, and stole $3,500 and his identification cards.
The incident was reported to the All Saints Police Station by the victim’s neighbour, a man in his 70s.
This offence allegedly occurred at about 3:11 p.m. on January 5.
Reports say that while the senior citizen was in his house alone, the three men – masked and dressed in dark clothing – entered through his front door. Allegedly, all were brandishing guns.
One of the men reportedly struck the elderly man in the head with the gun, then placed it to his head and demanded money.
They reportedly made inquiries about a safe, as well, but he did not have one.
They are said to have entered a bedroom and office area; ransacked it; and stolen $3,000 from an envelope, plus another $500.
Various bank and ID cards were also removed from a brown leather wallet that was in a drawer in the office.
Following the assault, the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) was summoned, and the technicians offered to take the victim to the hospital; however, he refused to go.
As a result of being struck in the head with the gun, the victim had received a small laceration to the middle of his head.
While he agreed to accept medical attention on site, the man also refused the Police’s advice to consult a medical doctor.
Inquiries into this incident continue.

Let me put this blog in perfectly written English for those shallow dunces. THOSE who can never focuse on the pith of things, as they are too corrupt and idiotic.
My plan is available that is meant to decrease opportunities for criminals to commit vicious crimes. My tactics are meant to confuse criminals, making it difficult for them to plan these crimes.
Believe it or not, every one of these crimes was planned because of the available opportunities to commit the vicious crimes. Planning does not require days or weeks or months.
They knew “of” this old man, his living situation, and the perfect opportunities his community provides to commit crimes against him and others.
Typically a crime like this would be committed by only 1 person, as the principal, the guy at the scene, as it is easier to conceal and not bring attention to one criminal at the scene, especially in a relatively easy night time burglary of an old man, who resides alone.
The other criminals in this type of situation would be sitting outside in the getaway car or at the meet-up point, waiting for the principal to arrive.
But as criminals becomes bolder, where the authorities are having no impact on deterrence and prevention, more than one perpetrator is unneccesarily at the scenes of criminal acts, as there are no substantial or reasonable fear of being seen or caught or detected.
This is a clear sign of the boldness, inhumanity, etcetera of criminals who will soon, if not already, be ready to take on bigger criminal activities because opportunities to commit crimes are not taken from them using my pragmatic tools developed to intercept and obstruct criminals and terrorism.
The burglary and robbery of some major business entities are imminent, which my research is showing will be targeted, if not already.
My research is showing the banks at woods shopping areas and that one at the tourist area (I think it is called Nelson dockyard or some shipping port) are at the highest risk of such criminal activities, armed burglary and robbery, with a high likelihood of severe injuries or death of civilians and authorities.

also, crimes are being committed not only by local residents but folks who are leaving the country on next day or matter of days to their home country but the crimes was planned with them by a local (local as in the sense that that person now resides in Antigua and Barbuda and knows the situation there while the other doesn’t).
