Three individuals have been granted bail after being charged with stealing agricultural produce valued at EC$831 from a farm in Lightfoot West earlier this month.
Jermaine Julian, Dawn Berry, and Brionne Simon appeared before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel last week in connection with the March 9 theft. The stolen items included coconuts, finger roses, sugar canes, and several fruits.
Julian and Simon also face charges of unlawful entry onto the property. The defendants have not yet entered pleas, and their attorney requested disclosure of evidence during the hearing. The case is set to return to court on May 26.
