Three fishermen from Antigua were safely recovered on Monday after their boat broke down in open waters near Redonda.
Officials said the vessel suffered a power failure, leaving the men unable to control its movement. The situation was later detected by an aircraft operating in the area between Antigua and Montserrat.
Response teams in St. Kitts were alerted and carried out the rescue, towing the stranded boat to safety shortly before 4 p.m.
No injuries were reported, and all three fishermen were accounted for.
