Police are investigating a break-in at the Pigotts Primary School in which an unknown sum of money was stolen.

Computers and other electronic items were also reported stolen when the burglars struck overnight.

The incident was discovered by a security guard during inspection.

The perpetrator apparently used a piece of lumber to gain entry by smashing part of a door open.

The principals office and administrative section were the areas targeted and ransked.

  1. What wickedness is this?? Plundering from institutions where the youth are nurtured??? That’s a new low

    • IS this any different to what takes place at the level of the state and where politicians are concerned. Using the PM analogy this is peanuts in comparison to what ministers do to state resources!

  2. The thieves are using an example out of the politicians handy book. The only different they didn’t follow the example to well because they have leaved a total mess behind.
They need proper security at these schools because no one heard the break-in. Smashing a piece of lumber against the door for entry had to made a loud noise. That security guard must have been deaf or asleep.
