  1. If anyone knows anything about UK politics, Lindsay Hoyle isn’t a patch on the previous House of Commons (HoC) speaker John Bercow.

Bercow controlled the HoC with ease, humour, and common sense, and if any politician was stepping out of line, he’d either suspend or cajole them with an iron fist inside a velvet glove.

That’s why the current incumbents in the UK government wanted him out, and replaced him with this mouse of a man.

My advice to the students that were in attendance, would be to watch both these men (on YouTube) in the HoC and then compare … and you’ll see what I mean.

  2. The PM has already taken steps to encourage and empower youth to be in politics by appointing four young people to the senate. Something which is lacking in the UPP camp.

    • However, my point being @ Sidey, is why on God’s green earth do we have to keep entertaining these politicians when the UK is currently in a economic and ideological mess?

Keep up with Brixtonian and stay RELEVANT boss …
