  1. Condolences to The family and and the past and present officers of Course 19.We enlisted on the same day 43yrs ago.It was a pleasure working with you on the Beat in St.johns and again at Dockyard police station. You were a Hard and dedicated working officer. In my opinion The Force didn’t treat you Right for your 43yrs of service. You should have been higher in the Ranks and not those slackers who were promoted before you.You had the qualities of who and what a real police Officer should be.RIP my Brother and former Colleague.

    • @ Charles Andrew: Before I read your post, the very same sentiment ran through my mind that this man was taken advantage of & overlooked in the force… It is sad when friends & cronies by passes those who are genuine and have the right work ethics & qualifications for the job…..It is for this reason why some organizations do not prosper the way they should because of the unprofessionalism of the hierarchy who tend to put square pegs in round holes as a reward to those individuals who have a close relationship with the said hierarchy. Sadly, this seems to be very prevalent within the government & statutory boards.

  2. My heartfelt condolences to his entire Family Circle.Humble and kind person. May his soul Rest In Perpetual Peace.🕊🕊💜💜🩶🩶

  3. I have known Sgt John Pelle for a very long time and he was a warm, gentle, caring and soft spoken individual. Humorous character but one who takes his work and his assignments seriously. Was attached to the Dockyard Police Station for quite a while where he fostered a good and solid relationship with the residents and visitors of English Harbour and its environs. A very good man was John. Thanks for all the wonderful memories my friend! Walk good and sleep in peace!
