Magistrate Conliffe Clarke remanded 31-year-old Richard Lewis when he appeared at St. John’s Magistrates Court this morning.
Investigators say the Willikies man fatally stabbed fellow villager Jace Merrick during an altercation Wednesday night.

Police have confirmed they have charged 31 year old Richard Lewis of Willikies for the murder of his fellow villager, 39 year old Jace Merrick.
Lewis was charged by sleuths Thursday afternoon and is expected to make his first appearance in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday.
