During the week March 2nd – 6th March 2020 road rehabilitation work will continue on Friars Hill Road (FHR) and also on Sir George Walter Highway (SGWH) where a partial closure is eminent.
Friars Hill Road
1. Roadworks will begin between Caribbean Cinemas to North of Epicurean Dr. with single lane traffic and use use the temporary traffic lights on FHR.

2.Drainage works will begin in phase 2 near Caribbean Cinemas and will last for a day.
Time: 7:00am- 3:30pm Duration: 1 Day
**ROAD CLOSURE on Sir George Walter Hwy.** Flashing Traffic Lights**
The general public is advised that APUA will be undertaking works on SGWH between Dee’s and Ace Gas Station.Old Parham Road and Sir Sidney Walling Hwy will remain fully open.

Additionally, elsewhere on SGWH:
- Roadworks will begin between the solar energy farm to the solid waste office complex (Southbound lane). Single Lane Traffic will be in effect. Works to be completed on a half and half basis in an effort to avoid closing the intersection completely.
