DEEPEST CONDOLENCES to his family, colleagues and the nation of Antigua and Barbuda
RIP Officer Nicholas
Prayers that his family receives comfort during this time
The police administration should be ashamed of themselves to post such glowing remarks or tribute about this gentleman after 18yrs having him in a stagnant possession of constable.
18 years and no one in the rank seemed to had seen that he was such a tower of strenght? Now he’s no longer with us you all pretend to be mourning. GTFOH AND STOP PRETENDING.
DO BETTER AND PROMOTE THE DAMN MEN AND WOMEN IN THE POLICE FORCE THEY WORK HARD
My condolences goes out to all of his family members, and co-workers of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda,
May his soul rest in peace
Wow. Rest easy my friens. Was such a pleasant officer unlike some a dem
I understand why the lived ones of some serving members do not want the police around them when they pass away.
How could the administration of the force speak so glowingly about his work ethics and he is still a constable while the son on law of the public safety minister who he is a more rounders police officer than have acted inspector though both have the same number of years of service.
It seems to be a part of the administration of the police force one has to take a course in hypocrisy.
Explain to me why after 18 years of service he has not received one promotion while others of similar years of service and less have had three and four promotions.
Is it that promotion is not performance based?
Is promotion based on connections?
How then can we say we have a professional police force?????????
Sad!!!!!
Fuller I agree with you. Nonsense!

NOT ONLY IN THE POLICE FORCE BUT OTHER DEPARTMENTS AS WELL… CUSTOMS UNDER THE INDIAN ANTIGUAN HAVE SEEN SOME MAJOR VICTIMIZATION. AND THEY SHOW UP AT YOUR FUNERAL PRETENDING TO CARE.
@ Dion Pelle 100% agree. Several Governmental Ministries are guilty of that, is who you know, not your Education, not your years of service, is who you open your legs too, the colours you support, it’s the system. One day things might get better
Fuller, do you see what you have started among Antuguans who ape every nonsense “white” people do/say. Is Fuller conversant with the facts of this particular case? Is it the “government ” that initiates promotions within the rank and file of the police force? Is there a Police Welfare Associationn and if so, have they over the years made recommendationns on tge deceased”s behalf and been refused all these years? Did the diseased”s illness in any way impact negatively on his performance as a police officer? Has there ever been industrial action taken on his behalf by his fellow officers? Are you, Fuller a self-made rebel looking for a cause? Do you think that your oft overexaggerated pedigree might be an asset to some political party whose ideology Is clearly stuck in the past tense?. Wake up, boy . If we didn’t give a rat’s behind to your elders in the days when Antiguans were dumb and fooly, it is certainly not now,!!!! Your present posturing shows that your even more intellectually challenged that the disciples you are trying to recruit! Gweh bwoy1
Leave it let it rest. My brother is no more. He once received an Ag Corporal promotion which was short lived. The system will always be the system. There is no meritocracy. We still live and work in a system where those of the hierarchy oppress others.
My brother is free from pain. God has called him home.
Straight shooter!! He actually has more years than the son in law.. the son in law trained 2 years after him. But in this organization that I am apart of you get promoted by who you know!! Not what you know
My condolences to the family and friends of the deceased Kendel Nicholas and the Commissioner and other ranks of the Antigua and Barbuda Police Force. May he rest in peace.
That’s a shame. 18 years of service and still a constable? The commissioner of police should be ashamed to speak so highly of him but yet you ignored his performance? Something is really wrong People please take note of that and speak up. Don’t let the ones in position keep you down. Rip my brother.
