The Police Administration is pleased to report that the 2018 Carnival celebration had no major incidents, serious crime reports or any major traffic collisions. Acting Commissioner of Police Mr. Atlee Rodney wishes to applaud the members of the constabulary, the ABDF and other law enforcement agencies for their efforts in providing a safe environment for organizers and patrons to have a peaceful season.
Members of the public must also be commended for partnering with law enforcement by adhering to the rules and regulations of the road, respecting each other’s space and opinions and paying attention to personal safety.
The Police will continue to carry out its mandate to serve and protect the citizenry of this nation.
