Attorney Charles Tabor has written to the management of Pointe FM on behalf of Harold Lovell, threatening to sue over statements made on the Talking Point Programme by Donna Chaia.
Station Manager Collin Browne issued the following response:

WHARF RAT I advised you already their will never be an investigation into the Odebrecht bribery scandal because if their is one of our highest officials in the land going to jail either here or in the US like the former Barbadian Minister of government. They are now using the Andrade Guitterez matter as a distraction. Gaston Browne will have to answer the question in Parliament as to whether the 3 million Euros were returned
Mr. Tabor, he will never answer that question or show proof of the $3 million Euros ever returned. He only can show proof of Mr. Lovell received payment for legal service done. If Casroy James, as a born again believer he is in Christ Jesus someone I always look up to in church, don’t speak the true, God will expose everyone involved. I am not perfect and I do have faults, but whatever we do in darkness will surely come to light.
DONNA you are so correct. I certainly hope that as a professed Christian that Casroy James will be moved (by Divine intervention) to tell the truth and expose the high official here in Antigua that is being protected.
