  1. Gaston Browne,are you as the Minister of Finance,upset with yourself. Could the mishandling of the Nation’s Finances contributed to this fiasco? Pay the damn Nurses,because you are being paid every month on time.

    If mandates are created on September 15, then the commensurate resources should have been in place since September 14.
    Drugs: Vaccinesupply should have been properly resourced and inventoried and the supply be available daily, weekends included.
    Staff: who how when where
    Finances: the monies for overtime …the monies for operating the sites. . . the monies for purchasing all consumables.
    Amendment to laws: Requisite boards/forms for exemptions Recruitment policy for placement workers
    No planning No proper advance notice No proper consultation No analysis = NO MANDATE

    Naturally, if somw of the ppl who could help cut the red tape, were out of office for 2weeks, of course nothing meaningful could happen.
