  2. I watched the show from 3000 miles away.Based on my observation and being around Calypso for decades.I had GEโ€™ EVE as the winner. I went to bed,woke up and found out Young Destroyer won with that UPP Convention song.Did he win because he sang about the UPP? Those Judges should be ashamed of themselves.Their names should be published before the competition.Once again,they robbed you,Baby Eve,now known as GEโ€™ EVE.

  3. Let me add some flavour to the mix. I personally liked Ge’eve and thought that she was by far the strongest singer in the categories of lyrics, diction and clarity. Whilst Young Destroyer was topical, I do not think that he was that impressive and in many instances was singing way off key. Just my opinion of course. Competition are judged on the competition night of course.

  6. I realize she did but destroyer nailed it.,it has nothing to do with upp.or alp ,if u guys know the calypso criteria u will.keep.quiet.the topic of his song, he was consistent ,the presentation ,diction and clarity he was on point..I am not a.destroyer fan but it was judged fairly

  8. The entire carnival is political, the winner of the local queen show was sponsored by rawdon turner and was already promised a piece of land as one of her prizes, smh.

  9. Young destroyer won fairly g eve should be in first place even if she burst a little. Am glad young destroyer won .
