Campaigning for the impending by-election set to take place in St. Mary’s South, UPP candidate Kelvin ‘Shugy’ Simon has unveiled a range of welfare and sports initiatives tailored to the constituency.

Kelvin ‘Shugy’ Simon’s dedication to sports development within St. Mary’s South is further demonstrated through his plans for Bolans Playing Field upgrades and the construction of a new Urlings basketball court, both aimed at fostering community engagement and empowering local youth.
