Island Groove Awards Set to Electrify Antigua on April 10th

The heartbeat of the Caribbean is about to echo louder than ever before! On Thursday, April 10th, 2025, the red carpet will be rolled out at the UWI Open Campus, Queen Elizabeth Highway, for the 1st Annual Island Groove Awards — a high-energy, soul-filled spectacle saluting the crème de la crème of Antigua and Barbuda’s musical and creative artistry.
Red Carpet Interviews kick off at 6PM AST, followed by the Main Event from 8PM – 11PM AST. Expect dazzling fashion, tearful tributes, powerhouse performances, and an unforgettable night that will solidify its place as the Caribbean’s next big cultural milestone.

The Antigua Barbuda Gospel Music & Media Awards™, the newly expanded ABGMA Gala Festival has evolved into a dynamic three-tiered platform recognizing over 80 categories of excellence across music and media. Now featuring:

Among the stars to watch is 29x multi-award-winning Gospel Psalmist, UNOG-Global Peace Ambassador Dr. Melesha Sinclair-Harris — affectionately known as Lisa Harris.
