  5. Focus on the positive and what you will do differently cause the first governance of your Party was filled with deception, greed, envy, wickedness and skulduggery. Additionally, you failed in every ministry that you oversee. Please no more what Gaston doing. It’s the same play book as before. It would not work.   6. Last night Harold Lovell made mention of a list based on data provided to the IMF from the different statistical agencies around the world. The list placed Antigua at 183 out of 194 Countries based on its 2020 GDP growth rate and furthermore ranked Antigua and Barbuda at 188 out of 194 countries for the 2021 projected figures provided by Antigua and Barbuda.
