On wednesday police jointly charged 41 year-old Richard Joseph Tweed along with 24 year-old Kyle Francis, 49 year-old Malcolm Tweed and 23 year-old Melissa Ferrance all of Nut Grove with Possession of an unlicensed 9mm pistol and Possession of one round of 9mm ammunition.
They appeared before the Court on Wednesday and were further remanded to St. Johns Police Station. Further investigations are currently ongoing into the matter.

Are you saying that the police are changing people who never touched a weapon? If that’s the case, then the layers should have a good case. Finger prints are essential to proving your innocence.
