CABINET NOTES: The Attorney General announced that two units at the former PAN AM Base are to serve as a detention center for juvenile delinquents that are held elsewhere.
Some retrofitting of the units will take place shortly and the youth will be relocated from their current location to this temporary detention center.

Very well!
Which is it Former PAN AM BASE or Former US NAVAL FACILITY.
Is he neighbours with the Scotland Yard rapist?
What has become of the Boys Training School? It was supposed to be completed months ago.Too many promises and no results.
The Barbuda Airport was promised and the UPP said it was a “ground faking”. They had to eat their words!!!!
#patience
I don’t wish failure, but those young boys are going to escape from that facility unless they have suitable security to monitor them. They also need to conduct room inspections on a weekly basis. I thought they were going to set up a facility at CRABS where the ABDF are stationed. The old NAVY base does not provide structure for those young fellas to feel as if they are in a detention facility. Will there be enough personnel to guard them and keep an eye on them.
