Mehul Choksi has been charged with illegal entry into Dominica, Antigua Newsroom can confirm.
The Indian-born fugitive was reported missing from Antigua on Sunday.
His lawyer says Choksi claims he was abducted.
Antigua police denied involvement in the alleged scheme.
