DCA Orders UPP to Remove Political Billboards Over ‘Billboard Bandit’ Incident

The DCA directs the UPP to remove political billboards due to a ‘billboard bandit’ incident.

The DCA’s letter to UPP’s General Secretary cites a December 2022 agreement for temporary billboards during the 2023 elections.

The DCA notes the billboards’ extended display violates the agreement and regulatory compliance.

Failure to remove them may lead to demolition, as seen with UPP Senator Jonathan Joseph’s billboard today.

    The overreaction from the ABLP over these posters and billboards requires an urgent investigation as to why they are getting so worked up about this. Hmmm! 🤔

    This is hypocrisy, combined with very poor politics. Take down all of your political posters ABLP, if you suggest the other party should remove theirs. Abosolutely ridiculous. For once, remain accountable on this issue as it is clear cut. If you want the UPP to adhere to convenient laws for your party, the ABLP should adhere to the same. I await the outcry should the ABLP’s posters remain in tack.

  10. It really amazed me. When there are crimes being committed. The same Police Force has no means of getting to the crimes spot, no cars. Where did they find those cars to accompany DCA? If I lived in Antigua.DCA could not trespass onto my property without due process. They would meet fire with fire. My motto, kill or be killed.I am fully trained.

      How come, when crime rates are rising and out of control?
