I would like to extend my deepest apologies to the group of ladies who were so wrongfully treated at my fitness centre on April 20th.
What occurred was completely unacceptable and the situation is being treated very seriously.
The gentleman involved in this incident does not represent Beyond Limits Fitness Centre, what we stand for, or how we treat our members and our team.
In addition to flexibility with our 24-hour access and fair prices, our commitment to customer service has contributed to Beyond Limits Fitness Centre becoming one of the leading fitness brands in the Caribbean.
Every gym member is important to us.
I am genuinely sorry to see clients leave our facility, particularly under these circumstances. hope that one day we can win those who were impacted by this incident back.
