  1. Is there somehow, we can gather evidence like on a crime scene to determine who the culprits are? I mean you have DNA and other evidence that one leaves behind in garbage. I remember once a contractor was paid to take bank shredded documents to the dump and instead, he went and dumped it on a vacant lot on Berma Road. Solid Waste was able to recognize the bank name and logo in some of the shredded papers and notified the bank. The contractor was fired and lost a good client. He claimed he was asked by the owner of the land to dump recyclable waste there to build up the land. But even if that were true, he never told the bank that’s what he was doing. NSW need to look into having the ability to do these things. Cause it seems like people will not talk, or they never see anything. And they can then charge the purpotrator with the cost if the entire investigation.
