The escaped prisoner was taken before the Court on Friday, jointly charged with Gavin Martin for breaking into a shop in Grays Farm on Tuesday 3rd August.

Martin, on the other hand was fined $1,200.

He was ordered to pay $600 forthwith and the remaining balance by the end of August.

In default he will serve one month in prison.
