It would do well if we could list ALL Antiguan and Barbudans that have graduated from universities all over this year. Cause I believe such a list would make us very proud. Many of our young student are excelling in their studies. Sadly though they do not return home as the private sector has no jobs for them and the government cannot absorb them either
