It is with joy that the Director (Ag.) of the Community Development and Citizens Engagement Division and staff celebrate the 101st birthday of one of our beloved Centenarians Mrs. Celestine Derrick of Liberta who now resides in St.Thomas.
At the age of 100 Mrs. Derrick was still doing her vending at the market in St.Thomas however, due to covid-19 she doesn’t vend anymore.
Mrs. Derick is still very collective.
