    • @from the grave I agree with you ..Only in Antigua does popularity and friendship get you a whole position for foolishness..

  1. He can’t be any worse than Alister.Thomas, who was appointed under the UPP. Mr. Athill is a seasoned and successful businessman. So hush and give him a chance.
UPP supporters like to criticise everything. Do you remember that the UPP appointed 3 Questions to the Port Authority Board? Was that Ok?

    • #,Otto. She has proven herself more sensible than Lamin, flooring him with her 3 deadly questions. But look where he is now.l! Resurrected and paraded.
You guys should be the last to throw shade on anyone. There is this ridiculous assertion that association with ABLP makes one sensible. The opposite is always proven to be true especially by posters like you.

  2. @Otto, UPP has been out of power for 10 years. Can you Gastonites and Labourites ever make a point without referencing UPP? Just like your idiot DAWG. Question the clown and you can guarantee he will mention some distorted information about UPP.
I say this is another ALP plant. I don’t give a damn what qualifications or tags he comes with. To think that Gaston Browne will appoint a patriot, someone who puts country before party is unthinkable.
I said the same thing about the acting DPP and was proven right. This one will be no different.
I stand to be corrected but ten years of Gaston Browne makes this almost a guarantee.
All you have to do is run through the list of names who failed to do their duty when called upon for the sake of party.

  3. To those of you coming under this post to make defamatory statements about Mr Athill please stop. We do not know any of these allegations to be true nor have you presented any proof.

  4. @ EDITOR: WHEN GHASTON BROWNE AND LINOHEL WURST SAY THINGS ABOUT OTHERS.DO YOU ASK THEM FOR DOCUMENTS BEFORE PRINTING? THIS PORTAL HAS BECOME THE MOUTH PIECE FOR THE LABOR PARTY AND MORE SO,GASSMAN BROWNE.

  5. I do not know the gentleman but I hope he will perform his duties without fear or favour, and will not be another yes-man who follows instructions rather than the law.

  6. It doesn’t matter which party they are appointed under, the secrecy cabinet swore to means no information will be handed down to the public.
