22 new COVID-19 cases

(Dashboard Update for February 23, 2021)

 

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has revealed twenty-two (22) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday 22nd February 2021 at 6pm.

 

Of the ninety (90) samples processed by MSJMC, sixty-six (66) were negative and twenty-four (24) positive.  Two (2) of the positive cases were repeat tests. The twenty-two (22) cases are non-imported.

 

Eleven (11) recoveries have been recorded bringing that total to two hundred and thirty-three (233).

 

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is six hundred and thirty-six (636); which is inclusive of three hundred and eighty-nine (389) active cases.

 

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.

  1. I thought the 90 pending results should have been coming from CARPA and not MSJMC as shown In your minute. See your minute of 22nd. Feb. 2021 for clarification.

  2. Smoke and Mirrors.
    Has been ever since.
    We NEED politicians to please hush yuh mouth and let sensible medical folks guide us through with no politricking swaying data/protocols & whatnot.

    Plenty people not listening or reading PM & Sir Health & Leknocks & MaxH & Serpent etc. etc. anymore coz they no longer believe dem trustworthy.
