Sixteen people were ticketed by the police on Sunday 19th September, for breaching Covid-19 protocols.

The incident occurred around 4 pm, following a report of an unlawful gathering, which was taking place at Barnacle Point.

The police arrived in the area and met several parked vehicles and a group of people calling themselves “Team Savage” breaching the protocols.

They were taken to the police station and ticketed for breaching the social gathering restrictions, and for not adhering to the Dangerous Infectious Disease Regulations.

The police are again cautioning the public against such unlawful practices that not only expose them to the risks of contracting the virus but also help to spread it to other people.

  1. What about the party at La Serena, just outside the PM’s bedroom window? No police heard or saw that one? Or is it because they are the same medical students who were vaccinating people?

  2. Mentalist since you know all about that… Why didn’t you report it just the same so that similar action could have been taken? We welcome have no issues with the criticism, but we welcome the solutions. Solutions solve problems…..!!
