Ziggy Beazer released after 7 years on remand for murder

Ziggy Beazer who was charged with the murder of Jermaine “Six Months” Destin was released from prison today.

Beazer and Dwayne “Little Man” Joseph were jointly charged with murder after Dentin was shot in his head in Villa on March 18, 2013.

In 2019, Beazer was found unfit to stand trial due to mental health issues.

The court later separated the cases and Joseph was tried separately for the crime in March.

During that trial, Joseph was found not guilty since the prosecution’s main witness, Ingram Carson Matthew aka “Uppercut”, denied key parts of his statement to police.

Since the state was relying on the same witness to convict Beazer, this meant his cause would have to be discontinued.
