The youngster, who previously pleaded guilty to the charge of incest, is said to have had sex with the minor on at least two occasions on December 28, 2019.
According to the brother of the complainant, on the night in question, he and his uncle were playing football in Ovals and returned home after 9 pm.
The then-eleven-year-old boy was sent to purchase something, and when he returned, he saw his then 18-year-old uncle in the bedroom where his sister and mother slept and observed him pulling up both of their pants.
The young boy noticed that his uncle’s penis was erect, and he questioned what had taken place.
The accused laughed.
The boy then went to sleep, but during the night, he woke up to find his uncle penetrating the young child.
He even saw the accused cleaning the child before dressing her and himself.
The young boy immediately woke his mother and told her what he’d witnessed, who, when she checked her young daughter, found evidence of the cleaning.
The mother further cleaned the victim, and sent both of her children back to sleep, while she messaged the complainant’s father to inform him about the incident.
The mother reported the matter to the police the next morning, and when questioned, the five-year-old told the police that her uncle always assaulted her sexually.
She also stated that the accused threatened to kill her mother if she told anyone about what he’d been doing to her.
The defendant was taken into custody, and when questioned by the police, he denied the allegations and said that he only used to masturbate over her, and touch her with his penis.
When asked why he did this, he responded that, “He was horny and wanted sex.”

the only reason why they didn’t use the word “rape” to deal with children under 16 years or 14 years, is due to the wording of the law. So, they reuse the word, Jon Doe had sex with Jane Doe on x date, a girl under the age of 14 for example.
So it’s not that the media, or the court is watering it down, they are just reusing the words of the legislation.

We normalize a bunch of people living in a house together because they’re family but privacy, safety and a place to be alone with one’s own thoughts is a healthy way to go.
I agree that castration laws would act as a strong deterrent and eradicate this problem from our societies once and for all. Or perhaps execution by public stoning in which the victim and family get to participate.
Apart from that, it is seriously concerning that so many males have no regard for the role that they should be playing in keeping women and children safe, but instead use any opportunity to oppress and victimise those less powerful than themselves. I think that more needs to be done by society, government agencies, schools, and churches to address boys directly to encourage them to create a proper plan for their lives: Get a basic education, go to college or trade school, take the time to get to know which nice girl you are compatible with, save for a house deposit as soon as you start working, get married, take care of your family, make an effort to get along and have fun making your home a happy place a refuge from the world, not a place of fighting, chaos or danger; actively help to improve your community and the lives of less fortunate persons, be a useful citizen and family man.
The days of people admiring men for running around mistreating lots of women and doing inappropriate things are gone. Now people just view you as a loser who couldn’t get a real woman to happily agree to share a life with you so you resorted to oppressing vulnerable people. Sick loser.

Ok so the stoning comment was a bit of an exaggeration. And, although it would be just, castration will probably never happen. Life in prison would be just as well but unlikely with murderers getting 25 years these days. Adding a few more years to current sentencing will not deter them because they are not afraid of prison. So, I propose adding “hard labour” to these sentences or a public flogging at the start or solitary confinement.
Looking forward to the Minister of Social Transformation bringing a bill to the floor to deal with this increasing problem. Looking forward to all aspiring female MPs doing more to propose measures that truly improve women’s lives. Looking forward to all male MPs voting yes for increased punishments in these cases…
Also, society needs more child-friendly media so children don’t grow up obsessing over adult activities…

I heard this young man,is illiterate and is sexually sick, a reck. They say all he thinks about is sex. Heard he tried it with his own sister- the child mother and other family members and visiting friends.
