Police sources have confirmed that a 35-year-old woman is in custody assisting with investigations into the stabbing death of Carmona“Farmer” Samuel.
The woman was hospitalised with multiple stab wounds but she has since been released and taken into custody.
Samuel, a well-known farmer, was found dead on Wednesday on the stairs of his home after police officers from Parham Police Station went to investigate a report, allegedly made by the 35-year-old woman.
The woman, according to reports, is Samuel’s ex, and they allegedly had a domestic dispute which led to the killing.
Samuel was stabbed in the chest.
The offence allegedly occurred at Gilbert’s Estate.
