A Tindale Road woman made the complaint to the Grays Farm Police Station,
reporting that her house had been broken into between 11:30 p.m. on April 13
and 2:10 a.m. on April 14 and a number of items stolen.

She claimed she had been awakened by a noise and had seen a male figure – of
a slim build, dark in complexion, and about 6 feet tall – standing in the living
room.

Allegedly, he was wearing blue combat pants and a black long-sleeved shirt
and had a black ski mask covering his face.
The woman reported that the intruder had ordered her not to move and
demanded money.

Allegedly, she then pointed to her purse from which he took $25 in cash. He
also took some costume jewelry from an eastern bedroom.

Afterwards, the man reportedly left the house through a northern door.

It appears that the home invader had pried open that same door to gain entry
into the house.

A search was carried out by the Police for anyone fitting the description, but
without success.
