The Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal has overturned a High Court decision which said that the dismissal of Wendell Robinson as Commissioner of Police was unlawful.
Lawyer for the Police Service Commission Dr David Dorsette said the High Court judge did not follow the correct procedure.
He explained the rationale by the Court of Appeal.
