However, I strongly believe in freewill. They have the right to choose and we can not force that upon them. Doing so is also tremendously immoral. Outlawing their rights to exercise freewill and supersed God’s choice to allow us to freely choose is wrong.
I will agree to then banning their freewill, if our freewill is taken also. We no longer can have sex prior to marriage. We no longer can have multiple women, we no longer can lie, we no longer can covet, we no longer can commit all the sins and wrongs we commit just like them no longer can commit their wrongs.

Base on my understanding of the Bible, in cases where the violations are not directly harming or causing imminent and substantial danger to individuals, we should bar them from choosing but are only task with educating them of the moral and natural options.
We must not take away their freewill. They may use it in a manner we do not like but we must allow them to choose. Freewill supersedes so many aspects of society’s claimed rights.

The government does, and I would argue SHOULD interfere in it’s citizens sexual lives ONLY when the actions present a threat to society. If this were about the free will of consenting adults to express themselves sexually in any manner they choose and be afforded equal protection under the law then logic would dictate that this ruling also SHOULD make a few other laws unconstitutional.
Now you might argue that incest has damaging health implications, and bigamy leads to more complicated legal situations where inheritance etc are concerned, and you would be correct. However, those are not the reasons given in judgement for voiding the contested sections of the act AND it is arguable that the same can be said of buggery and same sex marriages.
The reason given for voiding the sections of the law was that it infringed on the constitutional protections of (i) privacy; (ii) personal liberty; (iii) the right not to be discriminated against based on sex, which the claimants contend properly subsumes sexual orientation; and (iv) freedom of expression. If this is so, then I would argue that our laws against incest, bigamy (with some complication), and perhaps more are next and would follow logically since the winning arguments in this case could easily be applied to these laws as well.

This issue is complicated though because it affects other freedoms. E.g. 1) It is only natural that some persons would be naturally nauseated by such behaviour because it is biologically abnormal. So, it is cruel to force people to regularly view things that naturally disturbs them by throwing it unexpectedly into shows including kids shows with no warning. That should still be labelled as Mature Content. 2) It affects Religious Freedom for business people who provide services linked to their beliefs such as wedding services. 3) It affects education when kids are not taught the truth but instead made up gender ideas. 4) It affects education and Freedom of Speech when made-up pronouns are forced. 5) It affects safety when shared bathrooms can be occupied by people of different biological sexes.
No need to criminalize minor actions, but based on such problems evident in the U.S., there should be some discussion of limits, terms and conditions before we just change all of our laws.
Clearly, society has a greater natural vested interest in supporting heterosexual couples and their offspring for the sake of humanity’s future. So, whenever there is a clash of rights, the default should be whatever is best for normal heterosexuals. I don’t see that as discrimination. The term discrimination is overused.
