  3. Harold Lovell is right…I also wondered what on earth bringing the water manager to cabinet meetings would achieve. Don’t know the person but he cannot go into the meetings and wave a magic wand and make water flow! IMO the answer is clear get rid of the big money CORRUPTION at the top. Install an all-round QUALIFIED younger person to oversee the whole operation. In the reorganization get rid of the useless commission paying rentals. The elimination of all the corruption would or absolutely should supply the finances to maintain equipment and put APUA into the category of 2022 efficiency and close to round the clock service where needed (such as the internet). It’s called “streamlining” the company and NOT gouging the public to pay for the enrichment of the privileged few.

  5. What a bunch of dunce, the whole Caribbean having water issues. Lovell thinks by pressing this water issue he will get back in power. This Government has done more to supply water than any previous Government. How many new reverse osmosis plants have been put in in eight years. The fact is we are in the worse drought in many years due to climate change. Lovell and his dunce followers to blind to see this. I have been around for 75 years and have never seen such low rain fall.
