3. I find her remarks very balanced and honest. What else can she say they have challenges that other countries aren’t dealing with, coupled with an obvious benefit from cooperating with the US?

4. The men who are leading their Nation’s in the Caribbean with natural cohones don’t have the balls to say what needed and must be said about the failure of CARICOM as a uniting force in the Caribbean. Yet they all want to criticize this woman for having the gumption to speak truth to facts.
   The Cuban issue is a delicate one to deal with no doubt been that we are all from the Caribbean. However, let’s be honest, how many of you want to live under a total Communist Regime? And please don’t think that the Chinese are so sympathetic to our concerns in the Caribbean. It’s obvious they are seeking new markets to expand into and exploit. Take a look at the Chinese projects in Antigua over the last thirty years. How many Antiguan contractors got rich off their contracts?

   As to Venezuela there are no free lunches. Can we say that they’re been fair yo Guyana?

   The next thing is the drugs and the cartels that produce and move them. How many of you want to live in a Community controlled by a Cartel whose main thrust to make their billions is by any means necessary? Your communities would be war zones.

   America is far from perfect but one thing is certain, the shit you get away with in America you’d be lost on some dungeon in China or Russia.
   Americans will get rid of Trump soon enough, but guess what even an Obama clone will still be under the control of the money barons. Look at how Obama and Clinton destroyed Libya.

   Regarding CARICOM, I don’t know this lady Kamala’s stance on a whole heap of things, but that’s not the issue here. The issue is CARICOM, as a regional body conceived over 50 years ago to be a unified force within the wider CARIBBEAN REGION has being an abject failure on many fronts and those at the helm knows it.
   Gaston Browne spoke to such prior, look at how they’ve handled the Haitian situation, even in terms of dealing with the Dominican Republic and their alleged human rights abuse of the Haitian people.

   They deride America for taking a stance against Cuba’s medical brigade, yet, the auspicious University of the West Indies which began as some 78 years ago, as a Faculty of Medicine at Mona Campus, Jamaica is still not even an integral part of Our HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Regionally (yes, they do provide many medical services but take for example nursing shortage in Antigua; why did our government had to reach out to Ghana, not that it’s a bad thing; but, it’s clear with better planning, management, incentives, REGIONALLY, the brain drain of medical practitioners to greener pastures would not be as severe).

   Again, and as a professor and one of the OECS top advisors is saying publicly, CARICOM for the most part is an illusion.
   Now how could such a vital institution to deal with the region’s foreign policies be an illusion, in this day and age after 50 years of dialoguing, writing and enacting policies which affects millions of people’s lives.
