WATCH: Man sneaks up to yard and steals property

1. We got you idiot. And you are not just paying a fine. You are spending time in prison with your co-conspirator, the driver, and others.

3. Can legislation be passed for these culprits to receive 6 lashes during the custodial period the idea that it be deterient to others

4. I don’t mean to be negative, but even with the video of him unmasked, I won’t be surprised it the police cannot catch him.

   From my experience, the police was called about a theft and the perpetrator was unmasked and was caught on video as well (much clearer than the one shown). In addition to the video, a still image was provided with a clear facial view. We posted it on facebook and found out that he is a well known thief and that he was just releashed from custody.

   It has been over 2 months now and nothing – CID said they passed it to an officer in another department who was dealing with another matter of ours (actually we had forgotten about the first matter). Situation like this cause people to have little confidence in the police.

   Even with my statements above, I don’t want to cry down the whole force becuase I know there are some very hard working officers who try their best to protect us.

5. How about sharing this video on social media so the criminal can be caught?
