Gaston Alfonso Browne has been sworn in for an historic fourth term as Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda.

During a brief ceremony at Government House, Governor General Sir Rodney Will said the occasion was monumental since no other leader has ever secured four consecutive terms in office.

”The people have spoken with a thunderous voice,” His Excellency said.

  1. That snap election really caught the UPP with their pants down by their ankles. I do believed there would be another snap election in 3 to 4 years.I am really surprised that the UPP only won 1 seat. I remembered some years ago this same thing happened.Gaston Browne did say,it would be a clean sweep by the ABLP.He did see the writing on the tea leaves.I would like to see my Nation,Antigua and Barbuda move ahead with prosperity for all.Good Luck to all.The UPP needs a shaking up from the top down. How could they allowed such an arse whooping.😄

  2. I knew this would have happened, we only went through the election phase because it is the right thing to do
