  2. Why didn’t the person in the car videotaping this blow his/her horn alerting others of the theft! Someone on foot could have rounded him up and retrieved the cooler! Just thinking!
    Let us be our brother’s keeper in bringing a stop to these predators!

  3. Very confused how you can sit, watch &record the man “Stealing” the cooler and
    1. Not call the proprietor in the act being committed
    2. At least give a warning signal to perhaps scare him off or let him know he’s being watched.

    If the man in fact did brazenly steal the item I’m seriously Confused as to who can be a brothers keeper.

Gaston and his dear Maria need to take a drive around Antigua in their fancy vehicles and be honest with themselves about their claims of doing so well in this 2×4 country: All Saints Road Road in to Nelson’s Dockyard, Jonas Road, Fig Tree Drive are desperately in need of repairs, The roads for the housing projects need fixing, the blocked up water ways need cleaning out, the overgrown bushes filled with garbage and old vehicles need cleaning up, the old vehicles parked up on roads need to be removed, we need better sidewalks, we need water to bathe, all wages need to be revised with this tax increase and the list goes on. Also we need someone to look into the eqaullity of pay as it relates to expats vs locals. 🤨

  10. That’s a big problem with society today , we value entertainment than the lives of people, the same way if someone was about to kill someone they stop to record.
    Two men fighting ,50 onlookers stop to record , no voice to try to deter, no action use to stop both individuals, Just use your smart phone like it’s a movie.

  12. 1. It’s about time SuperPower stop displaying goods outside. They’re just taking up the sidewalk. After all these years, they can’t be trying to attract Antiguans into the store, can they? And tourist love adventure, they will find SuperPower by hook or crook.
    2. What prompted the driver or passenger to start recording?
    3. I can understand not wanting to draw attention to yourself, in case the thief remembers you or your car (Antigua is small; tief idle enough to look out for you; one never knows), and may decide to retaliate.
    4. The driver could have pulled up alongside the store, and quickly alerted someone. “If you see something, say something” – I think we all, or most of us, know this slogan by now. Dude surely couldn’t have got very far rolling a brand new red water cooler.
