Wanted Man in Custody
Delon Shawn Wills of St. Phillip, who was wanted by police is now in custody.
The 35-year-old surrendered to the police through his attorney on Friday, September 22. The police are continuing their investigations into allegations of Fraud, Housebreaking, and Robbery.
