Wanted

A Wanted bulletin is issued by the police for the immediate arrest of 27yr-old Rickardo Bassawan of Bennett Street, Villa. CLICK HERE TO JOIN WHAT APP GROUP

Bassawan escaped from police custody earlier this afternoon in Potters, after he was being transported to Her Majesty’s Prison.

He appeared at District “B” Court today on a charge of Aggravated Robbery, he allegedly committed at Jolly Harbour last Saturday. He was denied bail and was ordered to be remanded to prison.

The now fugitive was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and a green pair of sweatpants. He is fair in complexion and slimly build, with a plaited hairstyle.

Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station or call Crimestoppers at 800-Tips (8477).

        • I agree with you. He is just calling names from hot air. I do find that to be incompetent of him. And UPP major downfall is their candidate roster. I still think if jacqui, Baldwin, Errol and those old guys were there then alp would be out. UPP candidates are really weak least you say, that’s why Gaston can bully them every weak on his radio station.

    I guess we were too quick to applaud the Bolans team.
    Please be sure to postion a genuine, trustworthy, honest cop next to the victims home as protection. One can only imagine how terrifying this situation is for her.

    Hopefully the Police will conduct a thorough investigation as to why this happened,make necessary procedures, train their staff & leaders, thereafter monitor.

    For this reason, I reiterate that Antigua is destined to destruction. The road is wide and easy to travel, and the vast majority goes along that path aimlessly.

    Your leaders are evil: Corrupt and demon led. The religious leaders have deceived the people with their false teachings.

    The time is now to wake up, Antiguans. Your nation is on the road to devastation. You are on a sinking ship, and you are following a captain that has no interest in saving the ship.

    The government, the clergy, the businesspeople, the radio talk show hosts, the taxi and bus drivers, the permanent secretaries, the trade unions, the hotel owners, the statutory board members, police force, defense force, immigration officers, air traffic controllers: ALL ARE SATURATED WITH CORRUPTION AND EVIL.

      Anyway, it’s a touch one to control, immigration that is, since, we have already signed on to all these ‘agreements,’ since, we became Quasi Independent, and of course, some policies which are still left from the British era!

      However, better monitoring is needed. I personally think, we’re wasting personnel and other resources, on the Defense Force, ONDCP or all these partially functioning, security agencies!
