(National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO), in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Statement)
St. Vincent and the Grenadines recorded six new COVID-19 cases, with the receipt of results from the CARPHA Public Health Lab late this evening.
Four of the cases are from the AA945 flight, which arrived on Saturday, July 18, 2020 from Miami. One case is a Vincentian returning home from Antigua and one was found on exit screening for a Vincentian who visited briefly from Barbados. The process of informing and contact tracing has commenced.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines therefore currently has 21 active COVID-19 cases. A total of 50 confirmed cases with 29 recoveries and zero deaths.
The importance of strict compliance to all quarantine and isolation orders is paramount. It is only by complying with these and the use of masks in public spaces that the spread of COVID-19 can be controlled in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Wait there are flights from Antigua to St. Vincent? Cant be LIAT since the skirt chasing snake in the grass want LIAT dead. And One Caribbean does not fly here so tell me how that maths work. The snake look to paint Antigua in a bad light.
Did not realize LIAT carrying passengers.I though they were only moving cargoes.

@Tiffany:Where in the story did you see that? The AA flights out of Miami into Antigua. Those Aircraft stay in Antigua overnight. Then leave the following day back to Miami.
UPDATE TO @ TIFFANY:
IT WAS A FIREMAN FROM ANTIGUA WHO TRAVELED TO ST.VINCENT. HE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 ON HIS ARRIVAL IN ST.VINCENT.NOW THE FIREMEN IN ANTIGUA WITH WHOM HE WORKED ARE BEING TESTED.ARE YOU READY TO CHOKE ON YOUR REMARKS TOWARDS ME.I THINK YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO GRADE SCHOOL AND LEARN COMPREHENSION.
Did we not read that AA 945 flight arrived on July 18th from Miami? Did this flight not move on South bound? Interesting observation: how many asymptomatic persons are floating around Antigua infecting people without masks because we are not doing random testing! Well, the Prime Minister did say that we have to balance lives with livelihood. He is prepared to sacrifice our lved ones lives do we agree with him, too?
I thought that Socrated was an intelligent, enlightened individual worth listening to. Personal hatred really addles the brain. Socrates????
