What structural damage? It’s a cheap ass licker fence to fence off the public.

The rig driver should be charged as this is negligence. It is his reaponsibility to ensure that the container is properly attached before moving off. There were people walking up the road and if this had happened 15 seconds later, they would have been dead. And while we are talking about these rigs with containers, police need to address their speeding and dangerous and reckless use of our narrow and pot holed roads. What am I saying? Antigua has no traffic police. They are only seen if there is an accident or escorting a funeral for extra oay.

The cause of the accident was the low Ctv or telephone wires from the post . It hooked the container and cause it to ricochet off the rig.
That’s why rig drivers should always have a spotter riding along with them .
It safe Gaston who had his heart replaced with a Cash Register will get reimbursed and them some on the backs of all Antiguans, a Point fm tax or fee to fix the fence.
