This is nothing new or alarming for youth that is not productively engage. In sport or something else. They walk around and roam the street and yes the devil find work for idle hands. I mean when I think back of my youth these are silly things I have done by associating myself with bad company. Thank God we were never caught and as I grew up I caught myself understanding that it was the wrong road. But stealing fruits from someone else’s tree and other so-called bad boys stuff was normal. But what the police needs to do is pick them up and give them a good shake up. Let them spend a day or two in prison in solitary convinment so that they will have some time to reflect. And give them a good councelor. Perhaps their church pastor would be the best person. They are not lost at this age. They just do not have good parental giudence. Therefore the parents also need to be shaken up. They need to understand that they are equally responsible as to how their children grow up. What kind of citizen they will turn out to be.
