Man Identified in Latest Homicide; Suspect in Custody

Police have identified the victim in the country’s latest homicide as Dalton Cornwall, also known as “Baby J,” following a stabbing incident on Tuesday.

Officers have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the killing. Cornwall was reportedly stabbed during an altercation with another man and was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A suspect is in police custody assisting investigators. Authorities have not released further details as inquiries continue.

  3. There is a young man who appears to be mentally unstable and frequently loiters at the bus stop on Burning Flames Highway, just below the clinic. On one occasion, I witnessed him throwing stones at a young woman who was waiting for the bus to go to work. While it is important to show empathy toward individuals with mental health challenges, there are serious concerns when behaviors become violent or pose a risk to public safety.

  5. @antiguanman8 I agree wholeheartedly. My biggest concern is what should we do when they do become violent. There is much outrage when persons retaliate against persons with mental health issues but look at this now. Persons are simply going to say to get them help but if the shoe was on the other foot then it would be serious jail time. Something has got to be done because a lot of these individuals are very violent especially towards women which gives me the impression that they know exactly what they’re doing at times.

  7. This is crazy hard working father and he got stabbed in front his child. Just the other that so called mad man came to my work place looking money and I jus close my door on him. Another time he’s in corn alley by the pipe naked washing his private while young kids passing from school. A life gone because what the say this mad man crazy . This dude beat an old woman early last year cause she didn’t give him money . Me no care if they mess with me or mines am defending myself. Crazy is a state of mind . I can b crazy too. Rip Baby j I can’t imagine what ur mother going through. C that child that was with him today he’s gonna need counseling. Pray for our children pray for one another

  10. He got into an altercation with “a man”
    And such man “stabbed him” which resulted in his death.
    Video evidence from the gas station shows “a man” during the act, who left the scene after. Evidence also received from by standers conclude “this man” committed the act of manslaughter.

    Prosecution may hit him with a murder charge

    But his son is now traumatized over the fact his just spent his last moments with his father as he died

  13. He didn’t give life, so he shouldn’t have taken the man’s life. May he be severely punished and hanged by the neck. No judge nor jury is needed for this—just take him to the nearest tree and hanged him.
